Haven Hotel Duluth

Slept great. The lady that checked me In was very nice and respectful. I always come back here. I've stayed here on and off for years.

I loved this hotel and the location. Upon arrival, my husband and I was greeted nicely by the front desk gentlemen named Mike. We only stayed there for one night but, the hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. We would def come back.

Love the employees n staff makes us feel conftable n the treat us like fam morning staff is great !!!there. Is am employees who he she works at night who starts with my girlfriend for no reason well she has started and pushed my girlfriend buttons so as far as staff the young lady or gentlemen at night is horrible !!!!

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. The bathroom was state of the art with great lighting. Great affordable price. 10/10 would highly reccomend.

Hotel was clean and courteous I got there and my reservations were jumble cuz once I got here they help work them out I didn't have to show my confirmation number she had already found it. The problem was they were doing repairs in the building and the elevator didn't work, and I had a room on the third floor non-refundable room. I could not do steps . The management decided to put me in another room on the first floor. Not knowing this was the biggest and largest Suite. Refrigerator microwave jacuzzi lounge chair couch table desk king size bed and a shower. Most businesses and establishments will not do this. They upgraded me as far as it could go. Now That's What I Call business. I highly recommend this place it was also extremely quiet

I had a very nice experience here. I also want to thank the front desk attendants for being so kind. I was kind of annoying and they still respected me.

My family and I stayed at “The Haven” for about a month, and I’d like to share my experience. The rooms are average overall, but there’s quite a bit of variation in quality. Room 210 had the most comfortable beds out of all the rooms we stayed in, while Room 315 was the least comfortable. The beds in Room 315 were very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit only blew cold air on one side, near the table, leaving the rest of the room hot and stuffy. On a positive note, the front desk staff were outstanding—always cheerful, friendly, and welcoming to me and my family. They even remembered my name, which made us feel valued. Overall, I think I would have enjoyed my stay much more if the rooms were updated with better beds and improved amenities. A remodel could really make this place stand out!
